§ 14-2. Franchise granted; duration.

In consideration of the faithful performance and observance of the conditions and reservations specified in this chapter, the nonexclusive right is hereby granted to Westinghouse Broadcasting and Cable, Inc. d/b/a/ Group W Cable, its successors and assigns, hereinafter referred to as the grantee, to erect, construct, maintain and operate a community antenna television system in the county for the purpose of transmission and distribution by cable of television impulses and television energy to the residents of the county in all forms, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United States and the state, and the ordinances and regulations of the county, for a period of 15 years.
