§ 10-116. On-site sewage management permit—Required.

Prior to the construction of any house or building, alteration or addition, from which sewage must be disposed of by means of a septic tank or alternative system in the county, and/or prior to location or relocation of any mobile home in the county, an on-site sewage management permit must be obtained from the county health department.
