§ 58-1. Use of county landfill prohibited by persons delinquent in payment of property tax.

No person more than 60 days delinquent in the payment of ad valorem property taxes shall be allowed to use the county landfill for any purpose. The tax commissioner of the county is instructed to furnish to the board of commissioners a list of all taxpayers more than 60 days delinquent on ad valorem property taxes and the amounts thereof so that, if necessary, these property owners can be notified of the forfeiture of their right to use the county landfill until such time as all ad valorem taxes due have been paid or suitable arrangements made with the board of commissioners for the payment of such taxes.
