§ 34-99. Non-conforming use.

The lawful use of land existing at the time of the adoption of this regulation, although such does not conform to the provisions herein, may be continued, but if such nonconforming use is discontinued for a period of one year, the existing community shall be in conformity with the provisions of these regulations. Any expansion or an addition to an existing community shall be in conformance with these regulations.
