§ 2-205. Defending, indemnifying claims.

  • The development authority of the county and the past, present, and future members of those respective authorities are to be considered public bodies and appointed officers for purposes of defending and indemnifying claims brought against those entities or their members, individually or in their official capacities, for any matters arising out of or related to development authority activities as allowed by O.C.G.A. §§ 45-9-21 and 45-9-22.
